Duncan Fairgrieve is an academic and legal practitioner. He is Senior Fellow in Comparative Law at the British Institute of International and Comparative Law, London, and Maître de Conférences at Sciences Po, Paris. He practises as an advocate at the Paris Bar and as a Barrister at One Crown Office Row, London.
Mads Andenas is a professor at the University of Oslo, the Director of the Centre of Commercial and Financial Law, Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, School of Advanced Study, University of London, and also a Visiting Fellow at the Institute of European and Comparative Law, University of Oxford. 2011-12 he held the Chaire Vincent Wright at Sciences Po, Paris. He is the former Director of the British Institute of International and Comparative Law, London and of the Centre of European Law, King's College London. He is called to the English Bar (England and Wales, Middle Temple) and is also admitted as an Advokat in Norway. He is a Bencher of Inner Temple.
David Chekroun is a Tenured Professor of Business Law at ESCP Europe and is the co-faculty chair for the "Law & Finance" major. He is based in the campuses of London and Paris. David’s research interests are International Business Law, Law & Finance, Judicial Studies, Energy Law and Arbitration Law. He is the editor-in-chief of the Energy law section of the International Business Law Journal / IBLJ and is currently writing in English a book on “Business Dispute Resolution in France”. He is admitted as a French avocat.
